Cancellation & Refund Policy

Package Policy

At Ghumnejao, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience while maintaining transparency in our cancellation and refund practices. Please review the policy below carefully before making a booking.

1. Self-Service Bookings (Flights / Hotels / Bus Tickets)

For customers who make bookings directly through our platform (flights, hotels, or bus tickets):

All cancellations and refunds are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or bus operator.

Ghumnejao does not control or alter these policies.

Any applicable refund will be processed as per the provider’s policy, after deducting applicable charges, if any.

2. Holiday Packages (Booked via Ghumnejao Team)

For customized or pre-designed travel packages booked through our team, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation Timeline & Refund Structure

30 days or more before the travel date
100% refund of the package cost (excluding flight bookings, if applicable)

15 to 29 days before the travel date
50% refund of the package cost (excluding flight bookings, if applicable) 

7 to 14 days before the travel date
25% refund of the package cost (excluding flight bookings, if applicable)

Less than 7 days before the travel date
No refund

Important Note on Flights:

  • If your package includes flight bookings, flight cancellations will be governed by the respective airline’s cancellation and refund policy.
  • Refunds (if any) for flights will be processed separately based on airline rules.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to utilize any booked service (hotel, transport, activities, etc.) without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

5. Amendments & Changes

Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Amendment requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

6. Force Majeure

Ghumnejao shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or airline disruptions. 

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be processed as per supplier policies.
